    We’re available to be there when you’re not. Our systems management offering provides peace of mind while you’re away.

OUR RATES

  • A $100 onboarding fee is required for initial consultation. This fee is deducted from your initial clean.

    1-2 Bed/1 Bath:

    • Initial Clean - $350

    • (+/-) Weekly - $150

    • (+/-) Bi-Weekly - $250

    3 Bed/2 Bath:

    • Initial Clean - $350-$450

    • (+/-) Weekly - $250

    • (+/-) Bi-Weekly - $350

    4 Bed/2+ Bath:

    • Initial Clean - $450-$550

    • (+/-) Weekly - $350

    • (+/-) Bi-Weekly - $450

    5 Bed/2+ Bath:

    • Initial Clean - $550-$650

    • (+/-) Weekly - $450

    • (+/-) Bi-Weekly - $550

    Add-ons:

    Bed/Linen turning, Oven, Fridge, Jacuzzi, Dog walking, more!

Michele started her business seven years ago in Wolfeboro/Lake Winnipesaukee, NH, with a focus on concierge services that included seasonal rentals and AirBnBs.

A Maine native, Michele relocated back to Maine just three years ago. In a short period of time, Michele has established her cleaning business in the Southern Maine region. She cares about her clients, and enjoys getting to know them, caring for their spaces and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.

Outside of work, she loves animals, hanging out with her children.

FAQs

    • Pickup clutter, toys, pet toys

    • Clear dirty dishes or clutter from counter tops

    • Remove toiletries from shower/bathtub

    • If making beds/changing sheets, strip beds and place clean sheets on bed that sheets fit. You’d be surprised how many times the wrong sheets are put out :)

    • Make a checklist of things you specifically want done. This is so helpful for our team.

    • Yes! If you’d like specific items used for cleaning specific things, put them out for cleaner to find.
