Our team helped you with 85 small jobs. Doors were replaced, leaks stopped, and shelves were made.

In 2022, our average sale price was $880,893 and average listing price was $749,000.

Growing your team from 15 to 30 people has its perks—more expertise, more projects, and expanding services.

And much gratitude to core team members who’ve undoubtedly become family.

We have purchased 2 buildings. 99 Federal Street, in downtown Portland, the first floor of Verdante Condos as our new headquarters, and a school building in Lyman, Maine, which will be rented to creatives.

We added 7 newly branded vehicles to our fleet. On the roads to carry out your projects, and remind you that we are here for smALL jobs.
